Joe L. Silver, Esq. is a Director, Shareholder and founding member of Silver & DeBoskey, P.C. A graduate of the University of Colorado (B.A., 1974) and University of Denver College of Law (J.D., 1977), Mr. Silver has been and remains involved in an active trial and transactional practice. He began his legal career as a litigator in matters of complex real estate and undertook transactional work at the request of clients who desired that their real estate documents be drafted by a litigator. Although routinely involved in transactional matters, Mr. Silver is primarily engaged in civil litigation involving an array of commercial disputes before state and federal courts. He is former member of the Board of Directors of The Colorado Trial Lawyers Association, a permanent faculty member of the Center for Financial Training (formerly the American Institute of Banking) and adjunct faculty at the University Of Denver College Of Law (Trial Practice). Mr. Silver is a frequent lecturer to lawyers and the real estate community on topics relevant to his practice areas. He is highly reviewed by his peers, including a Colorado “Super Lawyer” for consecutive years.
